Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of candle products, we do not accept general returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us — please contact us if there is any issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please email fireflyjarco@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will gladly send a replacement.
Candle Care & Burning
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn (typically 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
Always allow the wax to reach a full melt pool and trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
Burn times vary by size, but most Firefly Jar Co. candles burn approximately 35–50 hours with proper care.
This usually occurs when the wick is too long. Trim the wick to¼ inch before lighting to maintain a clean, even burn.

We use clean-burning soy wax designed for long, even burn performance.
Yes. Our fragrance oils are carefully selected and phthalate-free.

When used as directed in a well-ventilated space, our candles are generally safe for homes with pets. As with any candle, keep burning candles out of reach of pets and children.
